Increased Productivity
In addition to the high-speed machine head with a maximum speed of 3,000 stitches per minute, faster clamp foot movement (jumping and feeding) helps reduce overall cycle time.
The Corner Knives Are Easily Adjustable
The machine is equipped with corner knives that can be fully drawn out for easy adjustment and replacement. The slim corner knife cover helps reduce material distortion, ensuring precise cutting accuracy.
Newly Developed Stacker for Small Articles
With the clamp bar stacker, the machine can handle materials with a minimum distance of 250 mm from the edge to the pocket. A stacking sensor is also provided as standard to prevent stacking errors.
Suction Device (for Sewing Tables with Separate Right and Left Sections)
The suction device improves ease of material handling by holding the garment in place during operation.
Highly Visible and Easy-to-Use Large Color LCD Touch Panel
The large color LCD with graphic display and touch panel significantly improves usability. Basic operations can be performed using on-screen graphics and pictogram buttons. Guidance messages are available in the selected language.
The USB-ready main unit supports various storage media. In addition to CompactFlash cards, the machine is equipped with a USB port, allowing data input/output via USB flash drives or card readers for different media types (such as SD cards, CF cards, SmartMedia, etc.).
