At Indohose, we believe after-sales service is an exceedingly crucial part to our operations. To ensure your machines continue to perform at their best, we offer exceptional after-sales service backed by our highly-skilled and experienced technicians.
Our service is primarily offered in two methods: Contract Service and On-Call Service.
The machines that can be serviced by the Indohose service team include all brands of garment machines that collaborate with Indohose or appoint Indohose as their agency, covering warehouse, cutting, sewing, and finishing machines.
The procedure for calling an Indohose technician involves the customer first communicating with the admin team regarding the issue they are experiencing. They must provide the brand, type, and serial number of the machine and describe the problem with captions, photos, or videos to the admin. If the machine is still under warranty, a visit to the customer will be scheduled if the issue cannot be resolved remotely. If the machine’s warranty or service contract has expired, the process will proceed to a service quotation.
If parts are damaged during service, Indohose will provide a quotation. Upon the customer’s confirmation, the parts will be sent and installed in the machine.
Indohose supplies electrical and mechanical parts that it handles as an agent.
We maintain a local stock of spare parts in our office and warehouse. However, not all parts are readily available and may have an indent time. The indent time depends on the supplier’s readiness.
The data that the customer needs to prepare includes:
• Information about the company
• The machine type
• The machine’s serial number
• A chronology of events before and after the problem occurred
• A description of any actions taken by the customer to try to fix the machine
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
Indohose has an electrical service team ready to address electrical issues in sewing machines. However, not all electrical parts outside sewing machines can be handled. In such cases, we recommend servicing the electrical parts through the official agent of the corresponding brand.
The lead time for indent spare parts is usually 4–6 weeks, depending on the supplier’s readiness.
