1365-5-2: Twin-head overlockunit with optional adhesive tacker for efficient processing of front trousers with knee lining. The required fullness in the knee lining from below is distributed automatically.
1265-5: Single-head overlock unit for processing of front trousers with knee lining. The required fullness in the knee lining is automatically distributed alternately from above and below. This processing method does not requirean adhesive tacker.
1265-5 and 1365-5-2: Pre-seams as e.g. hems and seat seams can be serged with both sewing units.
1265-5: Single-head overlock unit for serging of long parts, as e.g. hind and front trousers.
1365-5-2: Twin-head overlock unit for efficient serging of longparts, e.g. hind and front trousers. For the processing of front trousers with knee lining an optional adhesive tackeras wellascut-to-size knee lining parts are required.
Example of application: The knee lining is fused with the upper fabric by means of the adhesive tacker. The trousers in seam is positioned at the 1st sewing head and the sewing operation starts automatically. The fabric is automatically guided and sewn, and then transported to the 2nd sewing head. The side seam is automatically serged, and the fabricis stacked. The rear parts of the trousers are serged in the same way (without knee lining).
