The machine stores sewing conditions in memory on a pattern-by-pattern basis, allowing exact reproduction of the required settings for each pattern.
Cycle Sewing
The machine can sew buttons on double-breasted garments, which require different types of buttons, in a continuous process.
Cycle sewing data can be set and edited through graphical displays on the operation panel, including the number of buttons, sewing positions, and sewing sequence.
The button loader can feed two types of buttons within a single sewing cycle.

The operation panel features a touch-sensitive LCD with clear graphical displays, making it easier to set and modify sewing data.
A CompactFlash™ card can be used to store and transfer sewing data, enabling data sharing between machines across one or multiple factories. In addition to CompactFlash™, the machine is equipped with a USB port, allowing data input/output via USB flash drives or card readers using various media (such as floppy disks, SmartMedia, CompactFlash, and SD cards). This ensures consistent sewing operations using the same data across machines within a factory or among subcontractors.
