The Jack JK-2060G is a workhorse of a machine designed to tackle the most heavy duty projects. The JK-2060G features a 750W servo motor capable of piercing several layers of heavy duty fabric like canvas, leather or webbing.
The compound feeding mechanism (walking foot) ensures multiple layers of fabric feed evenly and prevent any marring on the fabric. The adjustable sewing speed allows for exceptional control needed when working with delicate materials like heavy gauge leather. The JK-2060G comes standard with automatic functions increasing operator productivity and reducing fatigue.

The Jack JK-2060G was designed to improve operator efficiency and reduce fatigue. Built on the same all steel chassis as the rest of the Jack lineup and driven by the coaxial direct drive AC servo motor, the JK-2060G is full of features not found on competitively priced machines.
The JK-2060G was built specifically to handle heavy duty sewing tasks like canvas and leather. The 750W servo motor can handle several layers of heavy weight material with ease and the Compound/Walking Feed can feed multiple layers smoothly without issue.
The benefit of a compound feed is the needle bar also assisting in feeding the material, preventing puckering or slippage.
The Jack JK-2060G control panel is simple and intuitive. From the control panel the user can adjust sewing speed, set needle position (up/down), turn on/off auto thread trimmer function, set automatic foot lifter operation, turn on/off electronic thread tension, set bar tracking function or even program segmented sewing.
The Jack JK-2060G comes standard with integrated adjustable LED lighting, a half/full stitch button and a reverse button that can be used instead of the reverse lever.
The needle bar can be raised by hand or automatically by foot pedal. On top of the machine is an integrated bobbin winder, allowing you to wind bobbins while continuously sewing.
No complicated motors or belts to deal with; the Jack JK-2060G comes equipped with an integrated 750W AC servo motor. The servo motor is mated to the machine head by a proprietary coaxial shaft that reduces vibration and noise; this allows the user to perform consistent seams at any speed.
The Jack JK-2060G features an automatic foot lifter with a variety of settings. The foot lifter can be set to automatically lift with the optical fabric sensor or simply by slightly depressing the foot pedal backwards.
There are several settings that can be adjusted by the push of a button depending on the needs of the sewing operation.
The Jack JK-2060G features an automatic thread trimmer function. The thread trimmer function can be tuned on or off depending on the sewing operation with just a simple push of a button. Once turned on, fully depress the foot pedal backward to cut the thread.
The Jack Sewing Machine Co. LTD, lineup of machines have all undergone design updates improving not only functionality but aesthetics. In addition to the redesigned machine head, the heavy duty table and stand have all undergone updates as well. Each machine ships as a complete set.
