Jack C5S
A series of high-speed, high-performance industrial ovals equipped with a number of improvements that increase productivity and work comfort. The maximum sewing speed is up to 7000 stitches per minute. The C5S series machines have an integrated energy-saving Direct Drive and a modern machine design that ensures efficient ventilation of the engine, which significantly increases the service life of the machine. For greater convenience and comfort, the overlocks have integrated illumination of the working field located right next to the needle bar, with the possibility of a 3-step adjustment of the light intensity.
The C5S series overlocks are additionally equipped with a system that sucks up the scraps of cut fabrics and threads to a special bag placed under the top. The machine must be connected to compressed air for proper operation.
The machine is characterized by high-efficiency thanks to automatic functions:
– chain cutting before and after sewing, controlled manually or with photocells
– lifting the presser foot
In addition, the C5S machines have the function of voice prompts to assist the operator in setting the machine parameters.
The latest S model is equipped with an easily accessible height adjustment of the transport teeth. Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain perfect stitching on materials of various thicknesses. The control lever can be set in three positions:
A – light materials (light)
M – medium materials (medium)
H – heavy materials (heavy)

Using the machine it will teach you the various functions itself, if there are errors it will notify you and by clicking the VOICE button it will suggest how to solve the problem, also with a single key you can return to the initial settings.
